Ingredients

  • 2–3 Courgettes, halved and hollowed
  • 200g pepper & fennel Sausage (shop here)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan (shop here)
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil (shop here)

Directions

  1. Mix sausage with breadcrumbs, cheese, and garlic.
  2. Fill courgette halves, drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes until golden.
