Perfect as a table cheese, mature pecorino is also great for grating. Serve with rustic bread, salami, dried fruits, chestnuts, walnuts or with honey, mostarda and even chocolate. Pecorino Sardo goes perfectly with traditional Sardinian red wines, full-bodied wines that can accompany the flavor of cheese.
