Ingredients
- Rustic Italian bread, sliced and toasted
- 100g Burrata (or mozzarella)
- 6–8 slices of Spianata (shop here)
- Olive Oil (shop here)
- Basil, salt & pepper
Directions
- Toast bread until golden.
- Tear burrata and spoon onto each slice.
- Top with Spianata, a drizzle of olive oil, and a few basil leaves.
- Finish with salt and black pepper.
