Ingredients
- 300g Penne or Fusilli
- 100g Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6–8 slices of Spianata (shop here), sliced into strips
- 1 Garlic clove
- Olive Oil (shop here)
- Fresh parsley
Directions
- Sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes in olive oil until soft and slightly caramelised.
- Add Spianata and cook 1–2 minutes.
- Toss with cooked pasta and finish with chopped parsley.
