Ingredients

  • 300g Penne or Fusilli
  • 100g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6–8 slices of Spianata (shop here), sliced into strips
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive Oil (shop here)
  • Fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Sauté garlic and cherry tomatoes in olive oil until soft and slightly caramelised.
  2. Add Spianata and cook 1–2 minutes.
  3. Toss with cooked pasta and finish with chopped parsley.
