Ingredients
- 2 Turkey breast escalopes
- 6 Thin slices Capicollo (shop here)
- 120gr Taleggio (shop here), cut into small strips
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil (shop here)
- A splash of white wine (optional)
- Salt and black pepper
Directions
- Lay the turkey escalopes flat and season lightly.
- Place capicollo slices on top, followed by small strips of Taleggio.
- Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the rolls on all sides until golden.
- Add a splash of white wine (optional) and cover for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
- Rest briefly before slicing and serving.
