First order of Guanciale, Parmesan & Pecorino - my carbonara was perfect!
Parmesan Cheese - Parmigiano Reggiano
Description
Discover the flavour of real Parmigiano cheese, Italy’s most iconic hard cheese. Also known as Reggiano cheese or Italian Parmesan cheese, this authentic delicacy is aged to perfection for a bold, nutty, and complex taste.
Our Parmigiano Reggiano is made from unpasteurised cow’s milk and aged for a minimum of 12 months to develop its rich character and granular texture. Depending on the ageing, the flavour ranges from sweet and milky to sharp and savoury – making it one of the most versatile cheeses in Italian cuisine.
Whether grated over pasta, shaved onto salads, or enjoyed on its own, Parmigiano cheese adds unmistakable depth to your favourite dishes. A true cheese Italian connoisseurs can't live without.

Great packaging. Beautiful smell, taste and texture. The best i’ve found in the UK
I love Affetto Italiano. Their products are authentic, far superior to any you can buy in a supermarket, better flavour and great value for money! Everything arrives well packaged and in a cool Pack. Speedy delivery within two days. I will be buying again.
Sadly didn't last long, as was for an evening do, and apparently people who had no idea what it was ate the whole lot! Perfect. Love you guys.
I bought the cheese as a gift. The recipient was delighted!
I bought the cheese as a present for my son in law. I'm sure he will be thrilled!
