Pecorino Cheese al Pepe Nero


Pecorino Cheese al Pepe nero is an Italian, raw, sheep's milk cheese. It is aged for twenty days and then covered with a pepper encrusted rind. The ground black pepper provides a sharp, spicy contrast against the delicate taste of the Pecorino.

Perfect with red wine
Origin: Sicily

Ingredients: sheep pastorized MILK, pepper 3%,salt, rennet, ferments.
