Whether you're enjoying it as cotto ham in a rustic sandwich, layering it into salads, or serving it on an antipasto board, this Italian ham prosciutto offers a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a naturally savoury finish. A versatile and authentic addition to any meal, it's a must-have for those who love true Italian taste.

Ingredients

High quality cooked ham, salt, sucrose, natural flavourings, antioxidant: E301, preservative: E250.

How to enjoy

Prosciutto cotto is perfect for a wide range of dishes. Serve it cold in sandwiches or wraps, layer it with mozzarella and tomatoes for a classic panino, or roll it around grissini for an easy appetiser. It also adds a delicate touch to frittatas, salads, or pizza. As a premium cotto meat, it's both simple and refined.

Origin

This prosciutto cotto is made in Italy using time-honoured methods that respect tradition and quality. Unlike dry-cured hams, cotto ham is gently cooked to retain moisture and softness, resulting in a product that’s subtly flavoured, delicately seasoned, and ready to enjoy. It reflects Italy’s love of simple, well-made food with honest ingredients.
