Ingredients

  • 500g Gnocchi
  • 150g Scamorza (shop here), grated or sliced
  • 400ml Passata
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Olive oil (shop here)
  • Basil

Directions

  1. Cook gnocchi until they float.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil, add passata and simmer.
  3. Mix gnocchi with sauce, place in a baking dish, and top with scamorza.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
