Ingredients
- 500g Gnocchi
- 150g Scamorza (shop here), grated or sliced
- 400ml Passata
- 1 Garlic clove
- Olive oil (shop here)
- Basil
Directions
- Cook gnocchi until they float.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil, add passata and simmer.
- Mix gnocchi with sauce, place in a baking dish, and top with scamorza.
- Bake at 200°C for 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
