Ingredients
- 120gr Bresaola (shop here), thinly sliced
- 60gr Rocket leave
- 30gr Grana Padano (shop here), shaved
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil (shop here)
- Juice of half a lemon
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Arrange the bresaola slices on a large plate, slightly overlapping.
- Scatter the rocket leaves evenly over the bresaola.
- Add the Grana Padano shavings on top.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
- Finish with a light grind of black pepper and serve immediately
