Ingredients
- 800 g fresh potato Gnocchi
- 150 g Pancetta (shop here), diced
- 60 g Grana Padano (shop here), grated
- 2 tbsp extra virgin Olive Oil (shop here)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, then drain.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and cook the pancetta until crispy.
- Add the gnocchi to the pan and toss gently to coat.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with Grana Padano and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
