Ingredients
- 200g Scamorza (shop here) , cut into cubes
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Flour (shop here)
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Dredge cheese cubes in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
