Ingredients

  • 200g Scamorza (shop here) , cut into cubes
  • 1 egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour (shop here)
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. Dredge cheese cubes in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  2. Chill for 10 minutes (helps coating stick)
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  4. Serve immediately – crispy outside, molten inside.
