Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 6 slices of Spianata (shop here), chopped
- Olive Oil (shop here)
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Fry potato slices in olive oil until soft and golden.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
- Add potatoes and Spianata to the eggs, then pour back into the pan.
- Cook on low, flip or finish under the grill until set and golden.
