Great having a proper carbonara...
I’d never heard of this flour prior to a conversation on a plane with an Australian lady who said she made bread using this flour. So I bought some immediately upon my return and made this! I’m so proud of myself for doing such a good job and, even better, it tastes amazing. I’m gluten free and GF bread isn’t always the best, but this is superb. It tastes like normal food would and is just delicious. My husband also likes it so I will be making a lot more! The only downside is that it is very sticky.
