Brilliant quality
We do love our sausages and if we change butchers for any reason we tend to judge them by their sausages. These are really very good. They don't shrink but neither to they produce lots of fat. Full of flavour and cook really well. I bet they'd be good on a barbeque.
The Napoli Sausage is delicious. Cooked over a wood fire it makes a great Ciabatta sandwich with a glass of red wine.

The sausage itself was good even if only 'Napoli style' sausage. Whenever I see descriptions like 'Italian style' or 'Napoli style' anything, it tells me that, somehow, they are not really from Italy.
